Nothing imitates real marble. We fabricate Carrara, Calacatta, Statuario and Emperador for bathroom vanities, fireplace surrounds, baking stations and the occasional full kitchen for homeowners who want the patina that comes with it.

Patina and honed finishes
Marble softens with use and takes on a lived-in patina over time. A honed finish carries that character far more gracefully than a high polish, which is why we usually recommend honed marble anywhere near food.
Sealing and daily care
We seal marble at install and recommend resealing every 6 to 12 months, more often than granite. Use coasters, blot spills, and clean with a cleaner only.
Frequently asked questions
Is marble a bad idea for a kitchen?
Not bad — just different. Marble is a softer natural stone and develops a patina in a working kitchen. If that character appeals to you, go for it in a honed finish. If it would bother you, quartzite gives a similar look with far more durability.
How do I keep marble looking its best?
Use coasters and cutting boards, blot spills promptly, keep it sealed on our recommended schedule, and clean with a cleaner only.
Can you use marble in a shower?
Yes — shower walls, benches and curbs in marble are common. Seal them and use a squeegee to reduce hard-water buildup.
